Wolverine Stack 20mg (BPC-157 + TB-500) research vial
Wolverine Stack 20mg, the nickname for this blend, is one vial holding two peptides, BPC-157 and TB-500, for 4,400,000 VND ($175 USD). Peptides Ho Chi Minh checked what this blend costs on 11 October 2026, and every study of its two parts below has a PubMed link.
What is BPC-157 + TB-500?
BPC-157 is a 15 amino acid peptide first described from human stomach juice. TB-500 is a lab copy of a 7 amino acid piece of thymosin beta-4, a protein in most human cells.
Each one has its own research. The pair, as a mix in one vial, has almost none.
The parts are studied separately. The one study that gave both together was a small rat study, covered below.
BPC-157 and TB-500, studied apart
- BPC-157 review, 2025. Pooled 36 studies on muscle, tendon and bone injuries, with 35 done in animals or the lab and a single clinical one.
- BPC-157 animal study, 2008. After a cut Achilles tendon, rats were followed for walking, swelling and new vessel growth.
- TB-500 animal study, 2012. Racing labs needed a way to spot TB-500 in horses, so this paper built a blood and urine test.
- Thymosin beta-4 human trial, 2015. Nine people with severe dry eye took part. The full protein that TB-500 comes from was set against a placebo.
This page names five papers, from 2008 to 2026: two on BPC-157 alone, one on TB-500 alone, one on the full thymosin beta-4 protein, and one rat study of the pair. No published trial of this exact blend came up in our search. One 2026 rat study of Achilles tendon repair put BPC-157, TB-500 and the two together side by side, and looked at the tendon tissue and its strength: the pair gave no extra benefit over either one alone. Most BPC-157 work also comes from one research group.
How to read this
A blend is only as well studied as its least studied part, and the mix itself has one rat study. That 2026 study is the one to read closely: it put BPC-157, TB-500 and the pair side by side on the same tendon injury. The other studies here each belong to one peptide, so read them as background on the parts, not as evidence about the vial as a whole.

Questions about BPC-157 + TB-500
What has research on BPC-157 + TB-500 looked at?
Each peptide on its own, mostly in animals. One 2026 rat study gave the two together, side by side with each one alone, on a tendon injury, and the pair gave no extra benefit.
